ORDERING

  • HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

        Please find below 5 easy steps to shop in our webstore:

        1. Browse & Choose

        Browse our products by category and type that are displayed on the top of the page. You could also click on the "NEW ARRIVALS" to see our latest arrivals!

        2. Check Out

        Once you've found the items you want to purchase, simply click "ADD TO BAG". To view the items that you have added, click on the "SHOPPING BAG" button at the top right of the page. 

        Once you are happy with your order(s) and ready to move to payment, just click "CHECKOUT"!

        3. Fill In Details

        Now this is the part where creating an account will come in handy - you will not need to fill in your personal and shipping details every time you make an order! Once you are done - simply

        click "PROCEED TO ORDER" to complete.

        4. Process your shipping & payment Choose your payment method: Bank Transfer or Visa/Mastercard. On this page, you will also choose your delivery time. For Jakarta area, you can have 

        the option for 1-day service. To learn more about 1-day service, please check point “SHIPPING” under FAQ.

        5. Confirm order & payment

        Confirming your payment is not necessary for those who pay with Credit Card. If you pay through Bank Transfer, confirm your payment at the bottom of the page (under MY ACCOUNT) 

        within 48 hours.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?

        Well, most of our women clothes come in 5 sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL. As for men clothing, they also comes in 5 sizes, which is: S, M, L, XL and XXL. Please refer to the Size Guide section at

        each of our product's description page, to ensure the best fit for you.

  • WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

        We accept Bank Transfers (BCA & BNI) and Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). For more details, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.


SHIPPING

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

        After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, we will process your order as soon as we are able to. In general, it will take about 1 (one) business day after payment

        confirmation to process your order and send to the shipping company. For more info, click “Shipping & Handling” at the bottom of the page.

  • MY ORDER HAS BEEN LATE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. WHAT HAPPENED?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • IF THE ITEM I BOUGHT DID NOT FIT ME PERFECTLY, CAN I EXCHANGE IT WITH ANOTHER ITEM?

        Don't worry, if the item you bought via our webstore does not fit you perfectly, you can exchange it in another size, as long as the clothes is in unworn conditions and tags still attached.

        However, the product must be return to us within 7 days after you received the items. Please kindly visit our 'Return & Exchange' page to get more detailed information! Please note

        that you may not return or exchange all sale items.

  • DO YOU HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY?

        Unfortunately, we do not have any refund policy at the moment, unless the item you bought has any manufacturing defects. Although all products that come out of our warehouse has gone

        through a detailed quality check, in some cases there may be some that accidently passed the quality control process. If that’s the case, we will be gladly to exchange the product with a new

        one for you.

       that not all items available at our webstore will be available at our Stores and Stockists. May we suggest to try on similar styles to the ones you want and then buy them at our webstore!
